Sales Company Turnaround – Head of Germany

Our client is a leading international company within the industrial segment. Their German Sales Company (+50 MEURO) is unfortunately not performing as planned. Team up with us and help us solve our client needs.

Critical in order to be successful with the turnaround: fluent in German, worked in Germany as an Executive over a longer period during the last 5-7 years, background from industrial services or similar, very strong leadership capabilities, Scandinavian leadership style.

The assignment will start immediately and last approx. 9-12 month.

Completed – Senior Byggprojektledare – Byggnation av större kommersiell fastighet i Norge

Vår kund står i startgroparna att bygga en större kommersiell fastighet i Nordnorge. För att lyckas behöver de engagera en mycket erfaren ledare som tar det totala ansvaret för hela projektet (kommersiellt såväl som tekniskt). Vi söker en person som vill teama upp med oss och hjälpa vår kund att lyckas. Avgörande för att lyckas är att du har omfattande erfarenhet av att leda det totala tvärfunktionella arbetet vid uppförande av större kommersiella fastigheter.

Uppdragets placering är i Nordnorge och beräknas pågå i 12-24 månader. Veckopendling nödvändig.

Uppdraget gör vi tillsammans med våra norska kollegor inom Globalise.

Completed – Interim Managing Director – Company turnaround

Our client needs to turn around its operation in Sweden. Team up with us and help us solve our client needs. We are looking for a senior General Manager with a background from the Industry sector and/or Retail sector. The right person has been a CEO of a SEK 3+ Billion business, has a proven ability to turn around companies and has a solid understanding of both Sales & Marketing as well as Operations & Logistics. The assignment will start immediately and last 9-12 months. Location Sweden. 

Completed – Head of Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Management – Biological Medical Products, Eastern Europe

Together with our international partners in Globalise (www.globalise.com), we have been asked to help a client secure its strategic marketing & portfolio management organization.

Team up with us and help us solve our client’s needs.

The company operates in the Biopharmaceuticals industry, so the right person needs to have extensive experience from Biological Medical Products. Preferably 8 to 10 years in the industry, plus a Science Degree combined with an MBA and/or Management Consulting Experience from a leading international firm.

Location: Eastern Europe

Timing: 6-12 months

Completed – Commercial Director B2C – Subscription Based Sales Mass Market

Our client is a leading international company with HQ in Stockholm. The company operates in a mass market like environment and is going through a very interesting transformation.

For the private consumer business, we are looking for an Interim Senior Commercial Director. The role includes full P/L responsibility of more than SEK 1 billion sales in Sweden. The right person has a proven track record of B2C mass market marketing & sales of subscription-based sales. The right person has experience from P/L responsibility larger than SEK 1 billion. This includes also solid experience from solution/service development, customer acquisition and retention, inbound marketing, KAM, among other things. A modern leadership and personality is a must. The ability is work sleeves up and involve the whole organization is key.

Location is Stockholm. 6-9 months.

We are looking for a senior and business-oriented CFO, preferably with a background as a CFO in a listed company and with extensive experience of financing from investors and institutions.

The assignment includes securing strong internal processes and make the company ready to be listed.

The assignment will start in the beginning of 2018, and could very well be a long-term engagement.

Location on the west coast of Sweden.

Completed – Interim Head of M&A

Our client wants to engage an Interim Head of M&A. The role includes the complete process from target identification to company integration. The right person has a solid M&A background with preferable a few years as CFO. The person should have the ability to closely interact with both the owners, executive management as well as key individuals in the organization as well as target companies. The assignment is ~9 month and location is Stockholm.

Interim CEO for Biotech company – South Europe

Our client is a smaller Biotech company (EUR ~35 Million) in the south of Europe. They provide dedicated solutions for proteins, (high-value) small molecules and microorganisms for applications in pharmaceutical, food, feed and other bio-industrial markets.

The owners want to engage an Interim CEO for a period of 9-12 month with full responsibility for the P&L and Balance Sheet, and with the focus to secure profitable growth of the company. Solid general management experience within Biotech, Pharma, relevant technologies and processes, client base etc., is a must.

Senior Program Director – Building a new greenfield factory in China

Our international colleagues in Globalise (www.globalise.com) have been asked to help a leading International Chemical & Manufacturing company to build a new plant in China. Total investment EUR 200 million. Team up with us and help us solve our client needs. We want to get in contact with people with a very strong Senior Program Management background, and with extensive experience of running very large and complex investment programs. Industry background from chemical, manufacturing, oil & gas and/or automotive is a must. Ability to successfully work in a very international environment and with various cultures is essential. The assignment is 18-24 months. Main location China.
