Ing-Marie Bigert Möller

Ing-Marie is our office manager and Invoicing manager since 2006. Ing-Marie comes from a position as office manager in a competing business, and has many years experience in assistant jobs, including McKinsey & Company, Nordea, Invacare and KF. Mikael Forss

Mikael Forss has many years of experience in leading positions within healthcare and life science in both the private and the public sector. Mikael has been Strategic Director and CFO at Astra and AstraZeneca, Deputy Hospital Director at Karolinska University Hospital and CFO at Region Uppsala. In the role of Senior Advisor to Nordic Interim, Mikael will, among other things, participate in the continued business development towards the public sector.

Björn Henriksson

The team at Nordic Interim is led by Björn Henriksson. He has a background from various Executive positions in the Medtech Industry including head of Operations, R&D, Business Areas and latest as Senior Vice President PBU Transfer Solutions at Etac AB. In addition he has almost 10 years experience from Management consulting mainly from Arthur D. Little where he focused on business and operational challenges in the Automotive and Assembled goods industries. For 1.5 years he worked for Electrolux in Italy. Roger Henrysson

Roger has a background in recruitment and human resources, especially as a recruitment consultant appointing managers and specialists previously at Agentum, Korn/Ferry International and Novare Group. He also has a background as HR-Manager. He has a Master’s degree within Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Umeå.

Lars Jarmstad

Lars has an international background primarily from IT and professional services industries. He has held various management positions like head of business areas, business development and sales & marketing, mainly in the Capgemini group. He also has extensive experience from senior management consulting roles in Accenture, Gemini Consulting/ Capgemini and most lately the Norwegian boutique consultancy Bene Agere, where the primary focus has been large scale business improvement efforts and growth. Janeric Peterson

Janeric Peterson has been in the interim executive business since 2002, previously as a member of the leadership team for the Swedish office of an international company in interim and change management. Janeric Peterson’s background is in management consulting, having spent 8 years with McKinsey & Company, Scandinavia, and in executive positions, notably as Business Area manager for Konsum Supermarkets with 8,000 employees in Sweden. He holds a M.Sc. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and Vanderbilt University in the U.S., as well as an M.B.A. from Insead in Fontainebleau, France. Kari Peuhkuri

Nordic Interim Finland was established in 2013 and was from the beginning led by Kari Peuhkuri. He has over 20 years of experience in the human resource consulting and recruitment business in companies like Mercuri Urval and JFP Executive Search Oy. With a sports background he is now chairing the Finnish Bandy Association and is a member of the delegation of the Finnish Olympic Committee. Kari has a master in education from the University of Helsinki and has been teaching and lecturing for ten years in both Sweden and Finland before his career as a Consultant. Louise Ambjörn

 Louise has worked over 15 years in various types of service jobs. She is basically a trained decorator and has built and decorated several stores, but also made interior work for private individuals.

Previously Louise worked as an Office Manager at Addtech, and now has an assigned role at Nordic Interim as Business Assistant and at Odgers Berndtson as a receptionist.
