Completed – Interim Change Partner

Our client has asked us to help them manage a large transformation initiative within their organization.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, who can take the role of Change Partner. The person should have a proven track record of driving change in a complex and highly academic organization and has a well-established understanding of Life Science. Min 10-15 years of experience as a Leader with a high degree of change agenda (large projects/transformations or line management responsibility). Location is Stockholm and the assignment will start late August and is expected to last 12-18 months. Completed 30-09-2015.
