We have an increased demand from clients to help them run their cross functional and cross boarder PMO (Project Management Office) initiatives. The assignments are either related to a specific initiative well defined (e.g. cost reduction, building shared service center, sales efficiency, pricing etc.), or grouped under larger programs (Integration of acquired company, initiatives addressing both top line and bottom line, digitalization in a wider context, etc.).
To meet our client needs (today and tomorrow) we want to build new relations with independent professionals with a long track record (+10 years) of successfully leading cross border initiatives, that have excellent program/project and communication skills, and can work under high pressure. A relevant background is a combination of a successful career (+7 years) in a leading international management consulting firm combined with + 7 years as a line manager.
