Interim Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Solid experience, 15 years or more of leading sales organizations defining for various companies in diverse industries, B2B and/or B2C, preferably also within international companies. Thorough skills in how to structure and manage a sales force (including KAM: s and salespersons) with clear objectives, KPIs and follow up. Extensive experience in complex sales and/or management of sales organizations is required. Good leadership skills. Fluent in English is a must, preferably also one additional language (if not fluent then irrelevant) apart from Swedish.
