Completed – Senior Interim Change Partners
Our client has asked us to help them manage a large transformation initiative within their organization. Therefore, we are now looking for several Senior Managers who can take on the role as Change Partners.
The ideal person should have a proven track record of driving change in a complex and highly academic organization, a well-established understanding of Life Science and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience from a leader role with a strong change agenda (large projects/transformations or line management responsibility). The assignments will begin immediately and run on an ongoing basis, expected to last for one year. Work location is Stockholm. Completed – serveral assigments, different dates 2015/2016
