The right Interim Professional must show:

  • minimum 15 years’ experience in senior HR roles (Director, EVP, SVP or equivalent)

  • experience of successfully heading an HR organization (+75 people) in a company with +5000 people

  • ability to take an active role in the executive leadership team

  • ability to translate business strategy into strategic and operational HR needs

  • solid knowledge of the complete HR practice and is up to date with the latest academic thinking in the field

  • international experience covering differences in cultures
