Our client is a very large organization (+5000 employees) with extensive operations. As part of taking the next step in the organization's development, our client wants to gather Facility Management-related activities such as cleaning, logistics, mail, rebuilding of properties etc. in a corporate function. Being able to address this strategically as well as operationally is of great importance for the company. The role reports directly to the CEO.

The right Interim Professional is a very experienced leader who has successfully built up, as well as led, group-wide units and / or programs. Background from Facility Management-related activities in large organizations is an advantage. The ability to successfully refine way of working in a matrix organization together with great communicative ability and a deep interest in people is of great importance in order to succeed.
The assignment starts immediately. Location is Stockholm.
