The company has just completed an acquisition and needs to address its supply chain and reduce working capital in the acquired company.

The right Interim Professional is a pragmatic and highly experienced Supply Chain Professional with extensive understanding of how to reduce inventory levels, improve forecast management, optimize purchasing volumes, take the right "make & buy" decisions, address ERP needs, build logistics organizations, etc.

Initial focus is “inbound logistics".

The assignment starts immediately, with a first phase of 2-3 months focusing on the US operations. After phase 1, the assignment will have its main base in Europe.
